This is fixed now guys, please let me know if you see it again. Sorry about that, it was fixed instantly but the person who needed to do a code review was driving cross country at the time and since this code base was froze there was no one else familiar enough to do it.
Due to the increasing amount of spam and our hatred of it, we have added captcha's to help prevent some of this spam. These captchas will only show up to some people who the system determines could be spammers. If you receive this captcha we apologize for the inconvenience but it's for the better of the community! The captcha we have chosen should impact our users the least (Most users will just have to check "I'm not a robot"). The issue has been fixed, if you have any issues download now make sure you clear your cache (easiest way to do it per link is shift+refresh). Sorry about any inconvenience!
