I will check the clusteproblem, think it´s just a button problem.
Yes, if you choose to take the health after the 1st boss, you will not be able to complete the mission with the pylons. If you can manage to take down the boss
without loosing to much health you can skip the heal and complete the bonus objective.
Regarding the last boss, it actually spawns charges for your grenades, chrono and plasma gun, but also Occasionally healthpacks. There is a transmission telling you what and when it spawn. And it spawns in different areas of the room.
But perhaps it isn't obviously enough.
For me it ,comes down to how much you want to use Kings abilities or how much you want to use different units on different enemies, kiting and so on.

I just started playing with waves in the AI module. Up until now I have used triggers to create my waves, when a certain time expires create x units and so on.
Just played your demo maps, awsome work man, nice models and terraining!!
Noticed two things, don´t know if you know them already perhaps. In mission two the death model of the "red protoss" is that of a normal pylon, not a big thing.
And in one of the end scene cinematic, could have been mission 2 or 3, the units are not de-selected, also no biggy, my personal opinion is that it looks nicer with deselected units in cinematics =)
keep up the good work, the red protoss sure is tough =D
