    I was noticing this this today. Blizzard should fix this on their ladder maps especially.

    posted a message on Blizzard published my map in HotS beta?

    @Ahli634: Go

    It's the same account, same realm. It's weird because it says 1 document slot taken up but nothing appears in my list. I sent in a support ticket request but who knows if they'll do anything. There's no need (and probably no way) to install the "old" 1.5 beta client, right? I'm assuming it just basically transformed into HotS beta...or is that not right?

    @Taintedwisp: Go

    OK that makes sense, although it's strange that I got an invite to the Arcade beta and I had to pre-order HotS to get a beta key :(

    I can't seem to unpublish the map...any idea how I can do that?

    posted a message on Blizzard published my map in HotS beta?

    I've never published any of my maps in HotS beta, and I go on and there's some version of one of my maps from, it seems, a few months ago, published. I can see that one of my document slots is taken up, but this map does not appear in the list and therefore I cannot remove it. This is really unexpected. Is anyone else in this situation? I'm already getting negative reviews on that version because it's not updated for HotS.

    Sorry if this is a newb question, but how can I prevent the Lurker Den from being a build option? I want to remove it from the command card and also disable the hotkey, etc.

    posted a message on Data referring to old version of game?

    Since 1.5.2 (perhaps even 1.5.0), when I open a melee map from battle.net, many of the Data settings on units refer to older versions. For example, if I open "Cloud Kingdom LE 1.1" and then look at the Observer unit, the Cost for the Observer is 50/100, when it should be 25/75. This was not happening a few weeks ago. Can someone explain why this is happening and how I can fix it without going through each setting manually?

    EDIT: Nevermind! Dependency issue.

    posted a message on Lag Issue

    @FuzzYD: Go

    Thanks for suggestion. Already gone through this and also tested turning off entire chunks of triggers. It does not appear to be related to triggers. I think SoulCarverr might be onto something with the gfx. Unfortunately, being a trigger guy I'm not sure what to do other than re-apply all the data changes and triggers to map after saving fresh in 1.5.2 editor. I'll report back when I find time to test that.

    posted a message on Lag Issue

    Since patch 1.5.2, my maps have been lagging badly when played online. Framerates drop sharply for most (not all) players, making the game unplayable. There are no trigger errors, it does not appear to have anything to do with unit preloading, and I can't get it to lag when testing locally. Anyone have any ideas about how to find the issue? Has Blizzard just slowed down the trigger engine?

    Since patch 1.5.2, framerates on my maps have been extremely bad. I've been getting lots of players mentioning this and the maps are essentially unplayable now. Anyone else experiencing this?

    @DrSuperEvil: Go

    LOL I tried to find what you're talking about, I really did. Can you pretend I'm a 9 year old girl and explain how I can find what you're talking about? I'm not seeing a "Data Type" tab in the Data editor...and no "UI - Fidget" under any Unit...?

    ALSO, this needs to prevent the Stop ability from being fired on the selected unit...I've found that some other solutions will still make the unit stop when "/dance" or "/cheer" is used by an ally.

    Can you be a bit more specific about where I'd find these settings in the Data editor? I'm more of a Trigger guy. Thanks.

    posted a message on Supressing /dance and /cheer in 1.5

    Before patch 1.5, the /dance and /cheer commands could be suppressed by editing the Stop ability, setting State of the Cheer and Dance Commands to "Suppressed". Unfortunately after 1.5, these settings no longer suppress the behavior. My goal is to disable the ability for a player to cause an ally's units to dance by selecting the unit and typing "/dance". Any suggestions?

    posted a message on Patch 1.5 Copy/paste Triggers

    @Ahli634: Go

    Confirmed. Updating the references by simply clicking on them and clicking OK will enable the triggers to be copied both internally and to a new map. I've found this to be the case for Image values as well as Style values. Style values used to be a string but now they are chosen from a predefined list and appear without quotes in the Editor after being updated.

    Wow, you're right. Same behavior on PC and Mac versions. This is a pretty serious problem for me...a bug for sure, right?
