    Yea, I totally understand. You might make an effort to polish the terrain and the text at least. That is likely just a solid few hours effort. And please, please delete some of those arrow doodads and increase the size of remaining ones, would work so much better in game!

    Best of luck to you regardless, your project reminds me of an old Pirate Racing game I attempted to make in Brood Wars days.

    Next up is Dragon Escape by fishy77:

    Is a fun little map, which is definitely racing with dragon models involved. However, it is more than a little rough, does not feel too polished at all. I've also never felt less powerful as a dragon. Some frickin elf archer has me pinned down as a giant flaming dragon? I might have preferred more disposable obstacles, maybe fat ogres you avoid eating as they give you indigestion for lower speed. It just doesn't feel right at all to be commanding a bad ass dragon, and trying not to touch the scary orc... That is all just my opinion though, it does work, it just isn't what you'd expect to be doing as a dragon...

    Anyways, look forward to seeing this one with more polish applied!

    By the way fishy77, I did try to record at 1080P w/ OBS, but it went to total crap on me that way. So you can enjoy 720P instead rather than the clippiest most laggy footage ever. A necessary evil I'm afraid :)

    Next up is GetHypered by Killduk.

    Despite the fact I screwed up with my gold immediately, forcing me to stick with a character I'm not sure I'm actually fond of, and complained pretty much half the game, I found myself having no issue playing again and again. If the other 2 hadn't left, hard to say when I would have actually stopped. Extremely well polished, high replay value, lots of mysterious crap to uncover everywhere.

    The levels/gold were rather grindy to the point of outrageous playtime required to get much after your initial gold boost, and I think we might have glitched the final level out. However, all that said, I have to say, I would actually be surprised if this didn't make the Top 5, assuming all the music is CR free and such. And I don't even like 3rd person gameplay or PVP in SC2 typically, and I still found the game rather fun to keep going at.

    How you win/lose fights could use more explaining, for real. And the ability to recover out of combat is pretty much non-existent. So if being an evil little backstabber isn't your style, you likely won't be getting 1st too many rounds... This might just be my personal preference, but that stuff really does piss me off, wish there were ways to recover other than the 50 hp boost my guy got going Mr. Hyde.

    Hi all, sorry for the delay, between Thanksgiving and other things, been a little busy lately. However, finally have footage for my last 3 requests, and will start posting those today, probably be done later today or early tomorrow.

    First up is Banshee Fight by FunkyUserName:

    I actually rather like the simplicity and ease of picking the game up from not knowing anything. Very curious what you did differently regarding the mouse cursor tracking as I've had issues in the past with it liking to be off a little. Turned out to be a rather close game between me and the others, I won't spoil the end though!

    My main complaint about this one would be how god awful long it takes to refuel. Realistic, yes, fun, no. It doesn't discourage me from suicide diving much, basically.

    posted a message on Ability based on a behavior stack

    @Dangel1234: Go

    Is all doable, but might be simplest just to let the caster spawn 2 units at a time, then remove 1 buff for each time this happens. Displaying it would be messy, might be easiest just to use triggers/dialogs for that for buff stack counting honestly.

    Anyways, if you really need 6 buffs to spawn 12 units, you'll need to play with the switch effect, or possibly a set effect, or even a create persistent effect. I feel a switch would be cleanest though. If 1 buff make 2, 2 buff make 4, etc. If you don't mind playing with the dropdown, could just have it spawn 2 for each amount of buffs had, be simpler still. Either way, to make it work for up to 6 buffs on, you are likely looking at 6-7 validators checking for the various buff counts.

    Hi FunkyUserName and fishy77. I'll be doing some recording in the very near future for your 2 projects.

    Anyone else, I will get to your requests eventually, but I'm getting a little on the burnt out side for SC2 recording which makes the feedback quality suffer more than it should. Although I still maintain that just seeing someone else try to play your map is a fairly eye opening thing, really shows you where things aren't clear to new users in a hurry. I've ultimately decided not to enter RTC this year, so not quite as urgent for me to work on my mod at the moment. So re-opening requests for the time being.

    Up next is a revisit of something I checked out previously, Gods of Terminion by Chewiest. Once again, enjoy 380P-o-vision!

    Now I was told several updates were made, but I couldn't honestly tell what too much. I certainly did better this game than last, but noticed several of the same issues I saw last time. And with it being 3v3, I found lag issues I had not before, hooray! Still, seems pretty good for what it is supposed to be, but definitely in need of more polish.

    Up next in my classic retro 380P style (aka as I forgot to uncheck an option), is Shattered Souls Action RPG by johnfloyd:

    If you always wanted to have story time with DeadZergling, you are in luck. Text boxes abound in this, and creep grinding too for no discernible Experience... Still, seems like it could be a lot funner with a few more, and the cutscenes ARE skippable. I just chose not to since it was all new to me. Could stand out a lot more with a little more polish I think, particularly in how the abilities function department.

    Yes, if I could remember to not record at half size when it happens. The modern age has lots of options, some of which I forget to unclick :)

    Edit: Can't say the mistake makes me too upset though, rendering for 2 hours opposed to 6-8 is quite nice.

    Over all I really like how it was designed, and most of it, besides, it being frickin hide and seek. Seriously, that part of it kills it for me! Great game though, if you like hide and seek.

    @Demtrod: Go

    Patch 3.0 broke this, and it is still broken. The best you can do in the meantime is to give your shop an inventory ability without any item slots so he can successfully pawn by dragging one item at a time.

    Indeed, never promised to be full of rainbows and sunshine with every review of course. I think I'm especially harsh on RPG like games, as they are something I mess with and have a great many opinions on.

    @rutegar: Go

    You're welcome dude, hoping that can help you make it even better before the deadline. I'd also make sure you look into some of the monsters with indicators, but not anywhere near enough time to react to them. Sort of defeats their purpose. Those seemed pretty common around the giant non speaking dragon boss.

    Not sure what being a robot means, but that's okay. Probably something to do with my naturally monotone voice. Goes well with the aspberger's :)

    Will check it out in the very near future.

    And finally, releasing the first video, would have been sooner, but the power decided to go out for about 24 hours or so where I live, courtesy of the wind.

    Checked out Death By Fantasy this time, by rutegar/moustro/wargirl, and played with duckies/wargirl/djMarley.

    Over all, a fun little stomp through some war 3 models, with some very limited decision making. I could have lived with feeling like I did more damage to enemies though, and overall probably wouldn't be compelled to play it over and over again, as there was very little variation overall that I could see, most the design seemed to revolve around use as many fantasy assets as possible. But if you like the murder of war 3 models with some micro required, this will be a fun little game for you. And yes, most the humor in the game was wasted on me, just not my sense of humor I guess.
