    All 3 of those are horribly broken in my opinion. Not being able to pick up items that are below Z = 0 plane is absolutely awful for any maps that have pits or water of any kind and didn't think to elevate all of the terrain by 5-8 Zs before even starting. I'm hoping they fix that one soon, as it is going to be a complete disaster adjusting over half a map to compensate for that.

    So was fiddling around with various inventory things, and so far, it is broken in at LEAST the following ways:

    Ctrl + Right click no longer sells no matter what setting is done, even if you set your hero unit up as a shop that can be sold at.

    Items below a certain Z coordinate, it may very well be 0, absolutely cannot be picked up.

    Items sell whether they are pawnable or not it would seem.

    This was all broken with patch 3.0 as far as I can tell, was never an issue before then. I'll stop there before I delve into the realm of pessimistic comments....

    Got it to work around 5 AM PST, at least for one file... So got the assets mod updated, pity the map that correlates is now out of date. Maybe I'll get lucky again in another 23 hours... Uh, anyone who is doing the RTC 2015 thing, I guess start trying to publish your final entry now, maybe you'll get it in in time?

    Hope they fix this soon, as it because of this glorious patch 3.0 that I need to re-upload my assets mod in the first place. Had to move all textures to /assets/textures, then texture select by id everything over to there to fix whatever they screwed the default textures up with. That said, isn't a terribly large file, like 30-35 MB only, and it repeatedly shows as 100 % much of the time, still fails though. Shows a download as complete but 0 % complete as well, wonder if that is part of the issue?

    Ah, yes indeed, there it is. Thanks :) Now if only someone could tell this 64 bit editor it needs to upload properly to Americas region. Only a dozen tries in though, maybe it'll accidentally work soon.

    Pitfall: Pawn via CTRL + Right Click no longer works. I can make a unit to pawn just fine via right clicking the item, dragging it to the unit, etc, but absolutely won't do it the fast way any more. Been playing with the Quick Pawn settings in the inventory for the hero and the shop unit, no luck yet, although can disable the attempt from ever happening. And yes, all units have pawnable: enabled.

    Solution: Dunno yet, if you know the answer to this one, love to hear the answer!

    Adding inventory ability does work, at least in terms of clicking an item and moving it over to the shop to sell it goes. Not so much for ctrl + right click selling though. Still looking for a way to make it do that again.

    I totally get that any who, I'm currently in the process of making all my assets work properly again as the patch really did a number on them.

    Hey yall, so yea I sort of disappeared from sc2mapster for awhile, and my apologies FunkyUserName for missing your request! Will totally do it now if you want :)

    Anyways, I am back for the time being, and with Rock the Cabinet contest deadline closing in, I thought I would offer to attempt anyone's creations they plan to enter in the contest. Be a HQ video w/ commentary, possibly more if I think it suits the video. I can make it public, or just a private video for you, whichever works for me :) The goal is to just give my feedback on whatever I see/experience, what might need improvement, all to be taken with many grains of salt!

    Try to keep requests within reason for me, IE:

    No requests to have a full 10 player game please, I'm typically recording 12am-1am PST time or later to avoid additional commentary from screaming children/wife. If the map is melee-like, understand that I kind of suck at the whole melee thing, so you going to see some of the worst macro/micro ever, possibly with me complaining that is the game's fault. The map needs to either be public on EU/NA or I will need the map file in order to do the recording. Don't want anyone to see it yet for some reason, but don't trust your baby in anyone else's hands? Just name it something silly like adfkljdsalkfjasdklf100920151343 when you publically publish it, solves that little problem right there!

    Given the contest entry due date is October 28th, I'm going to make the request due date October 21st, so I have time to record, render, you have time to watch, actually make use of the feedback, etc etc.

    Pitfall: Any models that by default have their textures in a folder other than /assets/textures no longer load their textures properly.

    Solution: Do texture select by ID for these textures ensuring they are located in the /assets/textures folder. You get the joy of doing this for any extra textures used too to make sure it always renders properly. Make sure you get specular, normal, emissive, and diffuse if necessary, Makes a HUGE difference.

    So thrilled to be doing this fix... really... Beware any custom models that don't have their textures in /assets/texture folder!

    Bit of a necro I know, but for anyone getting this error, particularly with record inside record, just make sure the records you are declaring inside a record are declared BEFORE that record. For example, if I wanted to have record A, that has variables record B and C in it, the records would need to be in one of these orders:

    record B

    record C

    record A

    OR

    record C

    record B

    record A

    This setup however would not work:

    record A

    record B

    record C

    Just in case someone runs into this issue in the future and hasn't used a language that requires declaration in this order.

    The last request I had for the time being is finally done uploading, that being Space Cruisers by Zahmoot/Michel . Space Cruisers is a ship based tug of war as far as I can tell, and it is a pretty well designed one at that. My only real complaints being supply depots and the game having a slower pace than you'd expect from ship to ship combat. Still, definitely worth checking out just to play with the ships if nothing else!

    Solstice it is then. I'm not sure if it is possible without just making a new account, you'd have to ask one of the mods on that one.

    Anywho, next up is The Battle for Noranda Glacier by LeonBennet/HektorofTroy, a fun little single player campaign style mission. I'm sure yall will get more points than me, but here is my attempt(s) at it :) The amount of wandering and cheesing the system I do is a lot, by the way.
