Hi i remember reading a post in this forum during the year 2011 made by some angry member of this site.

In that thread he said somethings like

-he is the final of the top custom map makers who leaves sc2 for good

-mad because no market place

-showed pictures of a custom map that was like a map of europe with tanks and stuff to prove he has wasted money on sc2

-mad because he cant get contact with blizzard to talk with them

-mad because the sotis team was invited to blizzcon 2011 to talk with blizzard.

I have toyed around with your searcher and google for like 2h but i could not find the post. Maybe some of you guys could help.
