    I was getting this too. Either it's a screwup on Blizzard's part, or the mod author did something to force the mod upon all maps.

    Best to just search for your maps and bookmark them.

    posted a message on Symmetry with oddly shaped objects

    I normally just disable symmetry and randomly move around the mineral fields until they create a 5x5 hole for a base, but I was wondering if there's a better way of doing it.

    I know that mineral fields lie about their placement; they take up two spaces, and don't have an easily recognizable center point. Placing one while hovering the mouse over the left tile will change the symmetrical duplicate's position to be different from the original mineral field, whilst placing one while hovering the mouse over the right tile will also change it. Neither are correct, because the mineral fields will be oriented differently, so my maps thus far have the mineral fields placed in the best possible positions, even though they aren't perfect.

    I've changed my playable map boundaries to be 4 from the absolute map boundaries. The editor displays that the map's playable boundaries are identical to the absolute boundaries, though, so I'm not really sure.
