I know it might have been asked before, but i can't seam to find it anywhere I look for an answer to this question. I know it might be a silly question but please try to excuse my newbishness and give me the solution to the problem at hand.
The question is simple.
Can data from a custom made weapon be modified through triggers? And if so, give me a simple example.

I create a simple custom weapon(item).
I change that custom weapon(item) damage value to 10.
What action trigger will allow me to change that damage value of the custom weapon to 10 + <x> ( x being another number).
Also
If the above will be possible, what trigger will allow me to change the item in game description field text ( so that I could update the item damage description to the new damage value)
