Nevermind I figured it out, it was in the data editor the whole time right before my eyes. Just go under abilities and select the move ability and set the move flee time to 0. Hope that helps anyone else if they didn't know. I'd recommend making a copy of the move ability for and the sole purpose of a non flee move ability. :)
I know I can remove the move ability from the unit in order for him not to move.. Yet, for some reason he won't move with the way I have him set up, I'm using a camera move setup for my unit. So if I press W he'll move away from the camera by +1 increment and then if I hit S he'll move back towards the camera by
-1 increment.
