1. Click "File,"
2. Click "Preferences"
3. On the side bar, at the very bottom, choose "Video"
4. Uncheck the "Match Game Settings" checkbox
5. Set the "Overall Quality" pull-down menu to "High"
6. Click "OK"
HOW TO SWITCH BETWEEN VARIATIONS OF A DOODAD...
There are two ways to do it.
1. If you like using hot keys, than "<" and ">" will change the variation of a selected doodad.
2. If you've already placed the doodad, than
- a. Press SPACE BAR to go into selection mode,
- b. Select the doodad and press ENTER to open the "Object Properties" window.
- c. Change the number on the "Variation" pulldown menu.
I don't know of any other way to do it, but I'm sure there is one more way.
But it's all just different ways of doing the same thing. What I've told you should get the job done.
