    I've been trying to figure out how to do this but havent had any luck.I need to make a drop pod have it fallsplatter effect and spawn multiple units and then give the units an attack order to randomy attack a certain players base.I have all the spawn regions and player regions set up but now i need to get the drop pods to drop like say every 5 minuites? Any help will be much appreciated.

    Go to the Buttons Tab and create a button that Says Created Automated Refinery and add the Automated Refinery structures Button to it.Then go to the Ability Tab and select the SCV's build menu by typing in Build.Once there. Then once you have your unit in the build list go to the units tab,And select SCV then under Command Card 2 Add the Automated Refinery by, clicking the green X at the bottom right of the screen then select the unit from the list.Then you go to Next on the top bar just under where you see the build icons youll see Unidentified.Change that to Ability Command,then under that select SCV Train, Then select the automated refinery. Then if you like you can go back to the units tab and change the stats of the refinery to whatever you want. Thats it you're done! You now have the ability to choose from the regular refinery or the Automatic it pumps +4 ves[ene per 2.5 seconds.There may be a way to change that I havent looked into it.     You misunderstood,I need to know how to make the drop pods apppear then drop into a random region. Then once they crash i need them to spawn units. Zerg Units Obviously.Im reffering to the Zerg Drop Pod not the Terran one,So if anyone can point me towards a tutorial that shows me how to do this,Id apprecate it! Thanks Tony Fox@jerberson12: Go

    Basically I have a large map and I want to add  Zerg Drop pods every 5 mins of real time,and have them drop down and spawn units,
    I've looked everywhere to find a solution to this problem im having.I'm fairly good with the editor ,but I cant figure out the trigger needed to make this item work..
    Any insght or help into this matter will be greatly appreciated and I will mention the person in my map to give them credit for the drop pod anims.

    posted a message on Ground-To-Ground Missle Pods

    Well Im fairly decent with this kind of stuff but its not easy to explain without going into details.So instead I thought yoou might try making the missile of the weapon to white napalm or some other form of napalm missile.I believe Napalm is strong against structures and other units,not sure about the tanks or goliaths. I'll try to come up with something easy to explain but for now you can try doing this for the effect,also set Turret to non rotating while firing.Thats all i got for now but Like i said I will try to come up with something unless someone else answers your question first.Anyway good luck with your map and I hope this helps out a little bit.     Did you try going to the unit under the units tab and, add in your new buildings there? I had something similar happen to me.I had created a custom race but none of the buildings would show up even though i had added them to the new builders list but after i went to the units tab , and added in the structures to the actual unit they showed up fine,@BurningTemplar: Go

    Have you tried increasing the size of the bridge? I had the same problem with the Char bridge but once I increased it's size it worked fine,I think the edges of the gap are still interfering with the way the bridge works. Side note:I increased the size of the char bridge drastically up to scale 300,I dont know if youll need to go that big though also try different bridges.@irok2002: Go

    Greetings fellow SC2 Fanatics!
     Im well on my way to learning my way around the new galaxy editor,when it comes to terrain and, Map detail I am great at it.
     But attaching say Tychus chain gun to a Marine.Or attaching a missle Turret to the top of a bunker,and last the Hellions turret on my armored troop transport.I know how to get custom units in game how to do intermediate trigger making and Advanced Terrain edditing,including lots of eye candy.
    I used to create maps witht he Wc3 Editor I made many maps with custom crafted units heavy triggering and camera placement for cinematic intros.
    Anyway if anyone knows how to attach different weapons or units to each other please post here! Thanks tons!
      I havent got a clue when it comes to Attach Methods,I want to use the Data Editor to attach objects not triggers.
