I've been working on a map but I'm having some trouble with abilities and requirements. When I add the requirement to the ability on the command card, it shows up in-game, and when I get the behavior the tooltip for the requirement goes away. But, I am still able to use the ability even when I dont meet the requitement.This is what the requirement looks like:
