    Lol. I am not experienced with these triggers and I'm asking anyone if they can do this for my map or anyone's map who wants this kind of feature. We could add an option to the lobby to lock or unlock ffa observe. And I'm surprised there hasn't been any attempt to make triggers for this. Its such a huge problem and it ruins the ffa experience with friends.

    I'm not too experienced with triggers. Can you help me with this? This is such an important trigger i'm not sure why blizzard didn't add this as an option to custom ffa maps.

    Can anyone help me. I need to have this for my FFA Big Game Hunters and Winter Conquest maps! Credits will be given once maps are published.

    How the trigger should be:

    1) Once a player is defeated, that player is shown the menu dialog and can choose to go to score screen or observe.

    2) In-game alliance changes should be in effect. For example; if a player allies with another or more, then if the allied teams are all defeated then they go to the dialog menu and can choose to go to score screen or observe the match. It is similar to a team game meaning that If all units of one allied team are lost then they're not defeated until all of the allied teams have lost their units.

    3) Observe - can see every active player's point of view.

    4) To determine the winner, the player or team last man standing should be victiorious and then game ends like in a regular melee map.

    To Summarize: Just need standard victory and defeat conditions for ffa with team alliance unlocked except a defeated player has the option to either choose to stay in game and observe or go to score screen.

    What map is it? Custom or melee. If melee then just remove the multi dependencies, add swarm(mod) and leave the liberty mod alone. Go to map options, check melee and check add multiplayer data.

    posted a message on [REQ] Brood War Classic Remakes (FFA or 4v4 or 3v3 maps)

    Hey guys, I am pretty pissed off at how the FFA and 4v4/3v3 maps are in starcraft 2 right now. I'm not bashing them all. There are quite a bunch of good maps for 4v4/3v3. And I like the symmetric style but they keep on making these maps too similar and practically they're all becoming the same thing. It's getting too boring when they release similar maps in the same layout but different atmospheres over and over again.. Oh and FFA maps are non existent. Just terrible.. There are only one or two decent FFA maps in blizzard's map list. I've been playing these maps (exact name on custom games:) Blood Bath (HOTS) and Big Game Hunters (HOTS) recently and holy cow, how fun are those maps.. Those maps are top quality! Not many people know of it but I've been having some good times on them with friends and they are excellent remakes that's for sure.

    However, there are so many brood war maps(specifically 4v4/3v3 and FFA) out there that haven't been remade into starcraft 2. There are a few published out there but many of them are low quality and not much effort was put into them. Example of a few brood war maps that should be remade; winter conquest, Dark Continent, Continental Divide, Plains of Snow '98, Power Lines, Orbital Death. And there are lots of more.

    I appreciate anybody who makes an attempt at making these maps. Hopefully everyone will jump on the bandwagon and help the map creators who try to make an attempt at this.

    posted a message on Need help with resizing Classic Broodwar map

    Hello people, I'm trying to make this map(Blood Bath) larger but I'm having difficulties because it has already been finalized with a pretty small map size 94 x 87 playable size. I want it to be medium at least 120 x 120 ish medium map size. How can I do make the terrain bigger? Isn't there a scaling option for this?? Thanks, I appreciate this map community.

    This is a picture of what I've done so far with the attachments probs still Little fix in the front part of the model collision. But still remains. small part of tail not colliding problem where the cursor can look at the target indirectly. ( point 5cm away and still shows as selectable)

    Almost got it. But Im still having a problem where the cursor can look at the target indirectly. ( point 5cm away and still shows as selectable) Another problem is slightly the front and the back have no collision. But at least the front looks a lot better I mean alot. I fixed a bit of collision

    So far what I have on my model is ref_origin ref_target ref_head red_center ref_hardpoint red_overhead don't know what hardpoint means .
