    I tried putting the .m3 file in the root folder and also making its own folder under assets. It doesn't make a difference for me. But I all I am doing is importing an .m3 file I exported from another map, so it should have the model and texture all together no? I mean It's showing up in the terrain editor so the texture is obviously there, it's just not working correctly when the map starts.

    I'm thinking there might an issue with something in the campaign dependencies, like these models won't work correctly without them enabled.

    So I'm having an issue exporting a .m3 model from another map that I am using the campaign dependencies with. I exported the Leviathan model then imported it on my new map and it seemed fine at first. It shows up in the terrain editor ok but when I launch the map the texture is gone and I'm left with just a pink colored model.

    The reason I don't just have the campaign dependencies enabled is because I am going for more of a standard melee map, and some of the campaign stuff messes with some of the units. I've exported and imported some other effects models in the same matter that work ok. Also another model I imported did kinda the same thing, except it doesn't even show up correctly in the previewer or terrain editor, so I'm assuming it's a problem with the actual .m3 importing than an actor or anything like that.

    posted a message on Arm Magazine with missle

    Hey guys,

    I've been trying to use an arm magazine ability to arm a projectile and then use the launch missle effect to use the magazine. I am using the missle through a weapon, not an ability. The problem is I can't get to work right. I set it up so that the use magazine activates the launch missle effect but it launches the missle from my target instead of the unit. I can use the magazine as a normal unit instead of a projectile and it works, however it's not Ideal because I can't use the missle mover how I want to and the unit doesn't destruct correctly the way I want like it would if it were a projectile.

    Any Help is appreciated.

    posted a message on Start listing things that annoy you about the editor and I'll give to Blizzard

    How about fixing turrets so they can easily target a point or unit without having to use a weapon/attack command. This way they can be used with an ability and they'll actually face the target. Most annoying thing for me right now.

    posted a message on Model Swap on Behavior

    I am trying to use model swap for the Colossus Beam. I want to swap the model for the Mothership beam when my behavior is activated. My Behavior is being used on the Colossus. I did the following:

    Behavior.MyBehavior.On -ModelSwap MotherShipAttackBeam

    It doesn't seem to work. I used ActorCreation instead and it works, but unfortunately it doesn't accomplish what I want. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

    posted a message on Teleport effect with damage

    I'm trying to make an ability with a blink/teleport effect that also does aoe damage to the area teleported to. I can make the damage work but I can't get the unit to teleport. For some reason I am having trouble linking the teleport effect and damage effect together, even though I added a "Set" effect with both of those effects.

    @Danicela: Go I had the same thing. Basically you have to go to File>Dependencies and make sure you add or delete the dependencies you need until the error goes away. I have the liberty multi mod and the liberty mod enabled, but yours might be different depending on what kind of triggers you added and modding you did to the data.

    Also maybe just delete all the dependencies and add them back one by one, I think that's how I got mine to work.

    yeah I have two Ai's installed in the AI folder in the main directory, it's the starcrack AI 6.0 and 7.0. Tried to remove 'em and didn't change anything. It's weird cause I just reinstalled everything from scratch so the directory is pretty clean, just have that AI folder, Lazy launcher, and some maps. I do also have the Starcraft 2 beta Launcher as well.

    Yep, put the base10000 folder in the versions folder, copied the files folder to the main directory. Everything launches, but no waves of enemies ever come out.

    Having problems with this map, It will launch ok but nothing will happen. I'll have control of my Probe but no waves of enemies or anything. Not sure if it matters but I am running this on Windows 7.
