    Alright I have a hero (Lt. Surge) based of the maruader and I am trying to give him a custom weapon: RPG. I have the weapon 'working' kind of but there are some problems that I haven't been able to solve all day through trial and error as well as searching teh webs.

    A.) When the missile is launched it does not play sounds.

    B.) The missile not only does not alternate from hand to hand, but it merely fires from the center of the heroes feet at ground level =/.

    I just cannot figure out what is wrong, I am aware the swapping of hands has to do with the maruader pattern method but I don't know what I did wrong with that, and as for the launch site being wrong most places seem to point to Launch Attachment Query but I don't know what to change that to (or even if I should, I thought I had it right.)

    So in closing please blast my galaxy noobness into oblivion and enlighten me, I only need to be told once. Map is attached, Lt. Surge is already placed on the map.

    Alright I think I found it, I was looking at this ability because I needed to find a passive ability.

    I am trying to create a fiery explosion effect on the back of my unit (a car) whenever it is using nitro. Nitro starts when you hold down shift and stops when you release it. So first I tried to go the world editor route and create a special effect on unit but there is no option for that (that I found) I did find create effect on unit but I wasn't sure how to go about modifying the effect to fit my needs.

    So then I thought hey, I can just add a passive ability that adds an effect to its owner/'caster' and then remove it when I need to.

    So I guess my question is how would I go about modifying an effect or ability so that it creates a fiery explosion (I have a model in mind) attached to the back of a unit. And the fire either has to have a continuous animation, or we have to have it recreate the fire or effect repeatedly.

    Sorry if this is asking to much =/ I only need to ask once though and it will probably knock down many other questions in the process.

    Alright I am crossing over from the world editor to starcraft 2 and am liking all the new features a lot, the possibilities are endless. But there are problems cropping up that are slowing down my maps (and my own) progress. The trigger editor is pretty easy, I coded in warcraft 3 so it is nothing new to me. But this damn data editor is destroying me lol. I am trying to learn by doing and experimentation but it is frusterating.

    I tried to go in and edit the regeneration rates on the roaches passive ability but I cannot find the value anywhere =/. I checked the button but I didn't find anything there and I cannot find an ability or an effect. Halp?
