How would I add rng into the shell trajectory (with a area it can hit)

if you have triggers select em all and crtl c, crtl v em ;) ( crtl v into the mod's triggers)
data you might have to rebuild it from scratch in the mod.
In supreme commander 1 there are 2 resources, mass and power, buildings and units use the mass and power while they are being built. how would I add that in sc2?

Is it possible to make a units gun, that has a shell arc, and that its gun aims higher/lower when a enemy is closer/farther? and how would I do it?
