The problem is right here: (Owner of (Triggering unit)) == 1, you are using a dialog item event, so you can't use triggering unit because no unit triggered the trigger. The (Triggering Unit) part must refer to a unit pre-placed on your map, or a variable that refers to a unit.
Also, does the dialog item variable Zergling refer to any dialog item? I don't see it being set in that Init trigger you posted. You need to set a button to this variable.
It probably doesn't work for you guys since it's very resolution sensitive, so it won't work for most people's resolutions, it won't even work properly if I set mine to 1280x1024.
I recommend you use a button to detect when someone is a clicking over the scrollbar, and set it to on click down, so that way it works with every resolution since its just a button. Also, instead of just moving it based on the mouse UI position, put a series of buttons along the bar and use the Dialog Item Hover event to determine where the players mouse is, again, this will make it work for every resolution so you don't need to make/implement any resolution library.
I think they need to be a size like 32x32, 64x64 etc. for it not to crash. Even then though it always screws up the image when I do it, but maybe you will have better luck with it.
You can play single-player maps on b.net without lag, just download it through create game (or join game) and just go to Single Player and then Play vs. AI (something like that, forgot the name), and it will appear in the list.
To get images to work I think you have to give it a tooltip, sadly it seems mouse enter/exit only works on dialog items that obstruct your mouse (so you can't click anything in the game behind that item)
@DogmaiSEA
Use the dialog item type Panel for dialog item templates, it seems to work fine for me.
Open the map file with SC2 Localizer.exe, and click the big localize button. I'm not sure, but JakeCake might actually have to be the one to localize it, try it anyways though.

Yeah, no invite here and everything logs in fine.

You didn't get invited, but were able to log in?

Yep, closed my editor and it works now.
The map looks amazing by the way, I REALLY hope it gets more popularity over here.

The game crashes and I get this error immediatly upon map startup (on US):
ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xC0000005) occurred at 0023:009457AE. The memory at '0x00000008' could not be read.
Does anyone else error?

Agh, the map published on NA isn't localized, everything is the Param/Value/etc, making it very hard to play.
