I am trying to implement heroes into the normal melee game of Starcraft 2. I am writing a dissertation on the idea of adding heroes to a more macro focused game like Starcraft as of Warcraft 3, I am having trouble with the editor it doesn't seem as simple or kind as the Warcraft 3 editor. Is there anyone who can quickly help me set this map up? I am happy to repay in kind I am a good drawer!
All I am simply adding for now ( once this has been completed I imagine the rest to be easy ) -
1 hero for each race with a building to build from ( such as the alter ) this is for all races, is the possible for zerg?
Each hero will have base stats derived from a unit of the race, they will cost money to revive at the "alter"
They will also have some custom abilities which I need help with ( AOE speed boost ect... ) and an ultimate at level 6 just like in Warcraft 3, is this doable? I am starting my 3rd year so i would need to able to complete the prototype in like, 1-2 months before testing/balancing
