some new blizzard 3v3 map called Burning Tide that has a low ground high ground thing from campaign where every few minutes the lava rises and kills ur ground units.
First and foremost is there a spell/ability guide that can teach me how to do more fun and interesting spells?
Other than that... how would i go about attaching a sort of repeating animation for a behaviour buff thing?
I want to make it very obvious who is holding a certain item.
Also, im kind of confused as to how settting up players and teams works...
Playing on battle.net i've noticed that there are sometimes preset teams in the game rooms and sometimes no... how does the game determine these teams? I use a trigger to add the first 5 to one team and the second 5 to another team and then making them allies... is this all?
Okay so now how do i make it so if the unit who died belonged to someone in team 1 (player group) itll respawn in one spot... and if its team 2 then itll respawn in another spot.
How would one go about making a trigger where if a unit dies it will respawn 30 seconds later at a given point? I don't know how to identify which player the unit belonged to and how to respawn it for that specific player.
I've tried the general wait 30 seconds and then create.. but for some reason if i put any sort of wait command before the create an error occurs saying the point is out of bounds or something.... but if i just make it instantly recreate it works.
I've also tried using a timer and making it run after last started timer ended... still same thing happened.
Also how do I work with leaderboards? i jsut need a simple one that keeps track of scores on each team.

Hey guys I'm currently making a sort of hero select thing where u put ur probe into a space and then the hero is spawned at an area (its a primitive way to select heroes but i think its the most simplest rather than learning how to do it in a UI
Basically, it seems my trigger spawns a neutral version of each hero right off the bat in te spot that the heros spawn in...
so i start the match and all three selectable heroes are there, then i pick my own here and then there are likr 4 heroes, only 1 of which i can control. (the rest are neutral)
my trigger is basically saying if any unit enters the region, it is killed and then a new unit is created at a point in the map, with the camera panning over there. The spot where the unit is created is already populated with a neutral version of each hero tho an di dont know what is spawning them.
EDIT: Oh I see, i had beacons inside the regions that count as 'units' so they disappear and spawn teir own neutral heroes... How do i bypass that? The beacons are there to tell ppl where to move their probes but they're spawning their own heroes... any way to make exceptions to the trigger or to make beacons not count as units?
+ I have it so i just move around a specific unit i've placed manually on the map... so .. if i create a new instance... obviously the trigger wont work the same for that same unit... I of course have no idea how to work around that because I'm pretty new to this... :/

Ah sorry, the i DID use Unit enters Region for it... the unit though is the item that i placed on the map!
And thats what i thought, but unfortunately it seems the item makes the unit also register as the item...
