I see, but what is the effect which can apply a vision on the ennemy ?
I don't konw how to set an effect back to the ennemy.
I can do a search for the behaviour but then the first step become useless and I prefer a lot that it is the ennemy (less numerous) who initiates it.
In the effect Search Area of the behaviour.
I think that I will just put a pseudo-random but relatively close range.
I am trying the validator Unit in Weapon Range, but it seems to not work.
First time that I use this one, is it working fine ?
I have put :
Unit : target
Other Unit : Caster
But it seems to validate everytime even out of range.
Not a bad idea, but it seems complicated as the units have not the same vision range.
Hello,
I'd like to make biggest ennemies visible through the trees, as they are 4 or 5 x bigger than the trees.
Is there a way to do that ? Or with a trigger ?
I wonder if premium is a reward for exceptional members or if I can buy them a coffee or something ?
So we can't join a map or a zip any more ?
Considering your question, if you want to go further, you will have to learn how triggers work.
I can't join a map here ? I took time to build these triggers -.-
For the time needed to do it, it was very efficient ^^
Thanks for helping, but for efficacity reason, I am gone the fast food way, using a hidden dummy unit which uses the same portrait.
(as I had even never done a portrait actor, and it doesn't seem to work with default parameters... just a waste of time)
Well it is the ugly way to do it I know, but it works and I did it very quickly =)
Hm wait no. I was trying the banshee way which is in the unit actor...
How can I detect in a portrait actor that the unit starts casting an ability ?
Yes, thanks to confirm, it is what I am trying to do ^^
I have found the actor of the banshee doing this. Should be OK.
I am looking for a way to play an animation for the portrait of an unit when it uses an ability.
Any ideas how to do that ?
