I changed it from suppressed to available and that seemed to fix it. The strange this is it seems like all my other buildings worked fine when they were suppressed (along with all of the default buildings) Could anyone explain what the Info-Button-State category means?
I have been having problems with the command card on one of my units lately
I have my building "Research Facility" clearly displayed on the command card along with the appropriate ability, button, etc. Yet it won't seem to show up on the command card ingame (even though it was working a few hours ago)

Another slight annoyance: My top left spot occasionally gets swamped with "Unknown" but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the game

I switched everything over to command card 4 (and switched which submenu build goes to to 4) but it didn't seem to make any difference.
