Zeratul really did many things to earn the untrust of Protoss.
He leaked the position of aiur, hates from Aiur Protoss.
He killed Raszagal, hates from Dark Templar. (And there are not so many people who is the witness of this moment, Atanis wasn't there, so he can't speak in defense of Zeratul )
He even ignored Raszagal's dieing words, by abandon the leadership responsibility of the Dark Templar, and hide into the universe to find his redemption.
He even helped Kerrigan to regain her power, while Kerrigan is still killing Protoss colonists.
Everytime he shows up, he only say things about the 'Prophesy', the 'Saviour', the 'Tiding of Doom', and then disapear.
Evetytime Artanis send people to find Zeratul, they all get killed, and Zeratul still refuse to return.
Even Artanis is still believing him, these believing can also be fading. Artanis need ally to help him insure the future of the people, while Zeratul refuse to do it and act like a huckster
To the eyes of more serious people, he may be too superstitious, which would earn hate from the people that think they are doing the solid works.
Even in this circumstances, Artanis was still willing to believe him, it's already genius.
And there people like Talis.
While Selendis is a more typical Protoss, it's reasonable that she would hate Zeratul. And that doesn't stand for Artanis' view for Zeratul.
In the Editor, creating Ancient of War/Wind/etc in Uprooted state and then starting the game would result in an inability to turn in order to attack when rooted afterwards. It only works if it was built rooted. Example: Start the editor, make a Ancient Protector (uprooted) somewhere. Start the map. Now root the protector. Try to attack enemies behind him, it will give you an error.

Currently there isn't much good way to fix it. So you may have to use the rooted one, and use trigger at map init to uproot it.
Check my map from page 3 Renee, please. The impact model of the Archon's ability (damage nearby units at melee range) and Buff Impact model of 1st warhound ability doesn't show up. I have only blue-ish lighting but the particle animation not appearing.
Could you plz check it, maybe this is local problem and i need to reinstall the game from scratch?!
Also, do you know why the "Transfer" flag in launch missile effect doesn't work anymore? Maybe it requires some additional setup before use?

I'm having a unit now which cannot be selected with dragged mouse box, it can only be selected by clicking on it. Also I copied the flags from an unaffected unit. Any ideas how to fix this?

If you have already updated your mod to 3.x+
You can just check 'use lastest version' and upload you mod to any region.
I believe I just forget to change the number of EU region. But in actual, all regions have lastest verion now.

I checked your map, and it seems indeed have impact model.
If this white lightnings are the impact model you mentioned. It may be casue by some graphic setting then.
Have your tried rename or remove \Documents\StarCraft II folder and try again?
Also I suggest you to remove C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment and see if it works.
Plus, have your tried the official units? do they also lack impact models?

Technically, Heroes Editor is identical with the 'Newest SC2 Editor with Heroes Mod'.
Now you get the Newest SC2 Editor with 3.0
And you can now display Heroes Models.
What else do you need?
