Kinda depressing, but I guess that's just how the average person on bnet is.
I think voice acting is a good approach, but also a risky one: First of all it's a shitload of work. Secondly to make it convincing it really HAS to be convincing if you know what I mean. If the voices are just sliiiigthly weird/funny/uncommon - your ruined. The atmosphere is destroyed and people will make fun of it. Lastly you might be limited due to map size limitations.
Despite all of this I would love to see voice acting in a professional way in a custom map. Keep us updated..! :-)
How are you going to implement the story? Sadly most people are just looking for fast action and especially in a cooperative game you might get left behind, if you're the only one actually watching videos/dialogs/whatever.

my current project - Warlords ORPG - is progressing nicely and I felt like presenting it to the community.
I know the trailer doesn't say much about the actual gameplay, so that's the first thing I want to cover: Basically in Warlords ORPG you control one main hero, who can not fight at all. But he's capable of controlling three monsters, which are heroes as well. The game is about catching new monsters, leveling, gearing and fusing them to evolve into even stronger and rarer ones. This idea is mainly from Monster Master RPG by Robbepop (back in Warcraft 3).
I took his concept and added a few new key elements:
Every action has influence: Whatever you do in Warlords ORPG will be rated good or evil and the story will evolve in the according direction. I hope to increase the replay value.
Evil and good heroes may join forces with the human or zerg and engage in the war actively. This will be a pain to balance, but will also create some diversion from the standard ORPG routine.
Every player can design a personal home for their monsters, where they can heal, train or just relax. Personal homes are of course saved.
I will add gameplay videos of certain aspects as the game is getting more polished and then I will hopefully soon be able to start testing. Tester are always welcome, of course.

So here's the deal: I need someone to download the map I have attached, start Fraps (or whatever you prefer) and basically just open the map and start recording. It's all set up, the problem is that my computer is not powerful to handle 100+ Units, Fraps and SC2 in general at once... :-(

I have a couple of channeled effects like for example the medivac healing. The problem is, that the channeling unit won't stop channeling once the target unit dies. Which basically makes it useless and vulnerable.
Well right now the editor doesn't have too many models, but it's a work in progress. Hopefully there will be models from the zerg and protoss campain extensions and then there's the w3 sector they announced. So we just have to be patient for now, I guess...as always...

The trigger looks good (Go OneTwo :-P).
It might be a data issue as well: What behaviour do you add to your units? And how?
Is your revive trigger actually triggered? Or do your heros just start incapacitated?

As said before I think you should just move on regarding the whole name issue. This map is good enough to make a name for itself, imo.
And VERY nice video. I like how you really make use of lightning and camera effects.
