The first one requires a really tedious workaround with triggers.
The second is easy. Some things of note:
Set up the proper default buttons within the Info + field.
Make sure you add the proper Heal ability to the unit.
With just that, it should be easy to add the second learn command in the same way as the first. If the proper option isn't showing up still, restarting the editor may fix it.
I've got a Medivac in my map. At map initialization, I'm trying to create a certain unit as cargo inside it, order it to move to a certain point, and then have it unload and leave. However, when it gets to the unload step, nothing actually comes out. What gives?
If push comes to shove, you could make several versions of the effect with a different range, and use a trigger with a dummy effect to determine which one is actually used.
If it absolutely has to be a trigger, I suggest attaching a region to the unit in question and having a 'Unit enters region' trigger.
If you want them to take damage while they remain near you, you'll need to create a damage-dealing behavior like with Psionic Storm, but with indefinite duration, and then remove it with a Unit Leaves Region trigger. If you just want them to take damage when they enter range and no other time, you can cut out the Apply Behavior step.
Oh, I made this exact ability already, so that's pretty simple. But I don't think I did anything special; I just made the main effect be a Set of the Teleport and Damage effect, just like you said, with the Teleport based off the Stalker's Blink and the Damage based off the HT's Psionic Storm. And it works fine.
The problem might be the existence of the Teleport effect, though, which is kind of buggy. Can you explain the issue more thoroughly?

Don't make me rage!

Eh, okay.

1. I used Unload and Despawn. 2. Yes, since it does despawn. 3. ... No, that's why I'm asking.

Working on a cinematic.

I'm going for something amusing. We'll see how it goes, but I think it should indeed be rather epic.

That seems very odd. I hadn't actually played SC2 or started it at all for two days or so now.

I personally am using Mac.

Or maybe this requirement doesn't actually exist. I like that explanation better.

I tried just now, and I could start the editor fine.

You guys are so weird. I still have no idea what anyone is talking about.

Huh? I've never had to log in to use the editor, though..
