Theres tons of tutorials and help stuff out there, you just have to search for it. The reason why nobody is answering this topic is because of the tutorials that explain this and the fact that frankly, most people can do way better than that. Why help someone with a simple wave v wave system with basic dialogs when you can instead help someone create a fully functional RPG quest log?
So Prince William and Kate Middleton are now married. Hopefully this means that the media will stop posting every little detail about it and thinking we actually care :/. In the words of the great Russell Howard: ''The prince is getting married? Who cares? We get a day off? Woo! Break out the champagne!''.
It also seems that america seems more exited than england :/.
Probably better would be to have a record (We will call it speech) and each word would have a variable in speech named the same as the word it accounts for. So the sound file where someone says Hi would be named Hi etc. Then, when someone types something (Eg Hi, how are you?) it would pick each word, remove any punctuation (So Hi is Hi and not Hi,) and play a sound of Speech.<word>. So it would play Speech.Hi then Speech. How then Speech. Are etc. If it can't find it then it plays Speech.s_Null (A pause of the average length of a word. You could also add full stops and comma pauses). Then just add each word to the variable and it should play what the person types.
You would have to have a loooooot of space though for all those sound files :/. Even better would be to have syllables and somehow determine what syllables go in what word and construct the words from that, but that would be really hard to do and the code for it would be massive.
Frank Klepacki is also great, but this guy is just awesome!
Edit: @Tolkfan: Go Well singing is just speaking to a tune. Speaking is just making noises with your voice. There is a choir there, and they are making noises with their voice to a tune, so technically they are singing :).
That would probably be due to having to pre-load banks. If you haven't got a pre-load bank then an open bank action every time you open the bank you will run into errors. However, you may then run into bugs whilst preloading each time.
DotA stands for Defence of the Ancients. People generally try to piggyback on the success of DotA by saying 'My map is a bit like DotA but without the creep waves and buildings and with RPG elements'. Aka, a team PvP arena with a leveling system and equipable items.

The English monarchy is a figurehead. They have no power, they are just there to look pretty and be in the news for getting married.

So if 9/11 happened today, would nobody care because of the wedding?

I really hope Blizzard releases SC:Ghost or other FPS game so that we can use that editor to (yet again) create a DotA spinoff xD

Thats a tutorial of creating a unit.
Edit: Also, pics seem to be broken, but open in a new tab when told to. Could a mod fix them?

I prefer chrome because it's simple, compact, less bugs and seems faster. Although FF is also good.
