    I don't know where to put this because I can't find any forum feedback section, so I'm just going to put it here.

    There should be a note pad built into peoples profiles to keep notes as well as a way to favorite threads. If I'm not at home and I find a thread that would be very helpful to me it would be nice for there to be a built-in way to get to that thread at home. I tried pming myself but that is not possible. I know I could just email myself the link but I think having it as a built-in feature would be more helpful.

    So I figured out how to attach it, I don't know what happened during the show, lol. I used unit birth and origin point ona supply depot and it worked. I also crated a site operation to rotate 45 degrees. All I need to do know is find out how to tin objects a certain color, but I can probably find out how to do that with a tutorial. Thanks for the help, even if you didn't get it working, it worked for me so I wouldn't be able to do it without you.

    Also when you were talkking about mods, if I have the map and a mod opened and I change something in the mod do I have to save the mod and refresh somehow in map? It seems like it would work similar to xrefs in CAD.

    I'd like to know how to add a square under structures to better represent their boundaries for maps the require precision building placement. I've been told you can not do this with a texture and that you need to add a square model. Is there one already in the editor and how do you add it to a unit.

    One more question. If you have a bunch feel free to skip this one. What is the best way to mimic kodo behavior from the kodo tag mads from wc3. I specifically want the kodos to only attack buildings if the unit it is targeting is unreachable. I want the least system taxing way because I'm might have 30+ units on a map with this behavior.

    Edit: I was watching an old episode and you mentioned that the search effect in data doesn't cause lag. So I guess it would be some search, but I have no idea how to do that.

    posted a message on Square texture under buildings

    I need to know how to create square texture under buildings. I want to make a re-imagine of kodo tag in SC2 but just looking at the editor it seem difficult to tell how much space is between buildings. In WC3 the Kodo tag map (all map, I don't know it's been a long time) buildings had square textures that made it easy to determine whether the distance between buildings was 2, 1 or 0. I'd appreciate any help, thanks.

    Yeah I mean m4p. For some reason it said it was a mpeg4. I tried opening it up in audacity but it wouldn't because of the encryption.

    Once again, I don't want to download a random file. Adding getting a serial number from Western Samoa isn't going to make it better. If there some kind of reliable and safe freeware out there that can get the job done? I can convert some m4a to wav using itunes but some songs are protected.

    Except theres a different income system (no banks) and it's not PvE. Its PvEvP or just PvE.

    Plus sheet tag was basically, making boxes of farms. If you did that in my kodo tag it would attack them. If you maze the wolf in sheep tag would just attack the farms but if you did it in kodo tag it would be forced to walk through the maze.

    I made a new queen by duplicating the original and changing some specs and duplicating models, weapons, ect. Everything turned out great. I wanted the queen to be able to burrow, so I decided to duplicate the burrowed queen. When I did that only a small amount of the components duplicated. Right now the new burrowed queen only has:

    Abilities

    attack burrow unburrow stop

    Movers

    burrowed

    units

    new queen

    Whats going on I can't get the burrow to work right

    Does anyone know of a program that can slow down music? I have cool editpro 2 but when I slow it down the sound gets distorted. I need to slow the music down at least 5-10 times.

    If I set a queen to a unit variable and then burrow that unit, is it no longer that variable. I'm asking because it seems that in the data editor that burrowed units are separate from the normal unit.

    I added this on the blizzard forums, but I thought I should post it here too.

    I think you should take the line that says: name, category, games, ect. and move it down. Then take the popularity and move it above that line. Make it a tab that you can select like in chrome or firefox and add additional tabs like, favorites, new, featured, random, melee, ect.

    I like it overall very well done.

    I was wondering what is the best way to display messages to the players. I'm trying to use ui: display but the only way to get rid of the message is to clear all messages. I'm not sure if I can make sure that there is only one message on the screen at a time to deal with this issue. I do like the fact that you can choose where on the screen, but I'm guessing you can do that with any other method. In short I really no nothing about the whole message system.
