After duplicating the actors, you have to relink them to the associated duplicated objects. It depends on the actor but most of the time, the links are in the events+ field of actor. In addition for units with projectile attacks (like hydra, roach, queen), there's usually some set of actors for the weapon's effects so you gotta somehow link those all together. I duplicated ultralisk in my map, it was a little weird since its attacks (headbutt and cleave) are linked the ultra's model actor.
One thing I check if there are any missing links is compare my duplicated unit to the original if it's missing models/sounds/movers/units/etc
If you're having trouble finding out what links what, right click an object -> explain link helps a lot.
I'm talking about when someone is hosting a public map, he cannot change the drop-down options on the left. I've been messing around the game attributes and game variants but can't figure out how to get it to work. Unchecking the "lock when public" box doesn't work either.
Is there a way to make it so the host can change the category/mode/attribute? Can't change anything when the map is open to public even if the "Locked when public" is unchecked.
What's to prevent people from publishing maps of other people upon release? It's pretty much whoever publishes the map first and taking credit of the map. Blizz needs some way to "reserve" publishing of certain maps based on what's currently on sc2mapster imo.

I think giving the warping ability to the unit is enough to do this. That's what I did for my map.

Did you add an other/other game variant?
If so, maybe some attribute(s) you set in the game variant causes this since it says variant definition not valid.

Training units is an ability, so you can use the action "Order <building> to <train unit>"

Like check if some unit is doing the attack animation.
Or maybe I should be checking for the unit's actor event occurring instead? Is that possible?

Add a new event for the unit's actor that changes its tint upon birth.
