So I made a chain lightning, but I can't get it working for more than 5 targets. I work with data beams, not missiles.
If I increase targets above 5, it just gets broken only affecting 1 target.
Is that because of some failsafe not allowing more effects per spell or something? I use 3 effects per bounce, search, dmg and set.
So is there a workaround or something I have missed? Took me long to figure out that more than 5 targets breaks my ability, not me being stupid T_T

Not 100% sure, but I think you need to use triggers for such specific things.
In warcraft 3, there is that map "YouTD" where you can create and submit towers which will eventually implemented in the map.
Part of that is, that you can make fancy towers out of multiple doodads and effects.

Maybe someone will make a tool that works similar ;)
It just adds up all the attribute "bonuses".
So light mech : 12 - 8 + 36
Armored mech : 12 + 5 + 36
(at least this is how it works with "effect total maximum")
You could just use ingame tips via text messages ;>

I'll use 60 seconds (precise enough for my purpose) and just multiply that value by what I need (for what it's needed).
time = var Events Timer - Every 1.0 seconds of Game Time Local Variables time elapsed/# = 0 <Integer>
Conditions Actions Variable - Set time elapsed/# = (time elapsed/# + 1)
So this should work then I guess
