I noted recently that stacking a lot of behaviors will cause game lag especially to lower spec computers. are there any better ways of altering basic stats of specific units rather than using behaviors?
This is really annoying. How am I meant to allow players of my map join a game with their friends on the same team and actually be together on the map. You don't expect little things like this to crop up in possibly the most popular PC/Online game ever.
The isle of mercury is the battleground for professional custom map players. Obelisk Hellfire is an 8 player tournament where only the last man standing can win.
The more you fight the stronger you become. Each player is given special units and opportunities to overcome a stronger player when used right. As players fight and gain kills, stronger units will begin spawning from their Obelisk. Use Obelisk Hellfire to rain down hell on strong opponents.
Micro-management and quick thinking is the only way to be a true champion. Step up and join in on this ruthless battlefield!
Always remember to read the tips!
Obelisk Hellfire is available to play now.
Obelisk Hellfire will be regularly updated with new features and gameplay balance tweaks.
I listen to all feedback and will consider anything that can add to the competitive nature of this map.
Not sure what SD means. After I used virtualdub with the Xvid codec it came out as 79mb. Then I uploaded it and there we have it.
I went online and looked up what all the settings mean for xvid configuration and did what i thought best. It's not the nicest looking vid, but I uploaded a 300mb vid before at it stopped at 95% and failed. it took hours too. So rather go for low quality unless i can be sure lol

anyone else have any ideas?

I did a 2v2 match
I killed player 4, for some reason this destroyed player 2(all units destroyed) and made player 2 victorious! Strange.

I'm trying this now and it is not working for some reason.
Testing the playergroups now to see what is inside them in the actual game

Teams could be anything 5 vs 2 or 2v2v2v2 or 4v4 or 3v3
That wouldn't work or would require lots of work :(

Does anyone know at all? I've been trying to get this to work for ages.

Is there anyway whatsoever of making the player ID/number for a player the same as their lobby positon?
For example. A lobby with 2 teams of 4
only 6 people join
3 guys and empty slot
guy1
guy2
guy3
empty
guy4
guy5
guy6
empty
This fucks things up for me and makes guy 4 player4. i would like to make him player 6 as is the position he is in.
Is it possible?
