My rendition of Dalaran has changed a bit since this development screenshot was taken, mainly made more room so units don't get stuck as often as this is the central respawn hub for both factions. However I think this old development pic really captures this "city in the clouds" feel.
In the process of making a better dalaran once I am done with my current project and can return to Northrend.

So I have this updated priestess of the moon model for my total conversion mod. I changed the priestess of the moon model to a custom imported model. Unfortunately every time the unit dies it reverts to the original model. And I never managed to get the portrait to use the imported portrait model despite changing the portrait model manually.
Wondering if this has anything to do with any "hidden" settings or units like the high definition hero models, and how to turn off using high definition hero models in my map.

Thanks for your very timely help with my helms deep map. While still an ongoing project you have helped make this way better thanks to your help converting the relevant models.
I am having an issue where it is impossible to upload my map due to multiple versions of dependency chain 3.3 and 0.0. This problem can only be solved by using the latest version of the dependency.
However I am not sure just how much the dependency can affect the map, for instance what if a new version of the dependency say if Renee decides to reduce the damage of archers by half, or remove/replace certain models from the game, which is all part of dependency development, but that could seriously break my map.
Wondering if there is a workaround to prevent dependency updates from breaking the map.

Hi folks I am really struggling with how to change unit death sounds while using Renee's mod. Changing them the normal method doesn't seem to work.
For instance, if I change it under "death effects" like the normal way, and change the sound to the death sound I want without inputting a model, I get both the original unit and the new death sounds to play simultaneously. If I change the "model" field, I get the unit's model replaced by the other unit on death which I believe is how it is meant to work.
I just want to change the unit's death voice without changing the model. Please help, thanks.
Underground cave. My first terraining exercise entry.
Not my best terrain but happened to have it on my WIP map and thought I'd contribute.
This is my rendition of Farshire. Thought it fits the seaside theme.
Just contributing what I have, not *really* a resort town destination like Moana but still pretty seaside views with vibrant color contrasts... okay maybe not the underground cave one but it reminds me of the scene where she was inside the... cave :P

As in I used some custom stuff in my wc3 map and I need them ported over too, the existing official assets don't quite cover everything i need.
Hi people, I am trying to port my old map from WC3 to SC2. I will compensate $25USD via paypal (no other payment method possible unless you live in Australia then direct debit) to anyone who will help me import the models into an empty SC2 map using the Aiur tileset, and give me a copy of the converted m3 models. You do not need to create the units for them from scratch you can slap the model onto any existing unit just make sure it can move and attack and all skins and animations included including death/corpse. Projectiles not necessary, just the models.
There are about a dozen models in total (Maximum about 16 I would say, maybe less). I will email them to you in a mix of MDX or MDL formats so you need to be able to work with both.
Your help will be very much appreciated.
In case I get more than one applicant within today I will just be looking at work experience and who can get back to me ASAP as this is a rush job, and whether you need to be credited or not.
And just to clarify this is just to save me from having to install all kinds of software to import this stuff, it is NOT a for profit project (obviously).
It is just me mapping, one dev one map one weekend. Hence the rush.
