Don't know if I understand you. What you want is to have the same model with different names, for example "Marine.m3" and "ExtraMarine.m3"? If it's that, you only have to hit CTRL+E on the model view to extract it, then rename it and re-import it to the SCII Editor via the F9.
If I remember well, on my old comp I played the entire WoL campaign and I remeber perfectly that beam being shown, and it was a 7-years-old comp. Now I can't test as I've got a new one but I think that model was shown on low-graphic settings.
Well, it worked 2 weeks ago on my old comp. And think that I've formated the comp to Windows 8 from Windows 8.1 because I though that was the reason... Seems I can only wait to see in BlinkHack updated it to work. Thank you anyway.
Hey guys, I've been using this tool for "downgrading" the HotS .m3 to SC2 but since I chanced my computer it seems to have stopped working. Now, when I import it to the editor, the models get "corrupted", I mean, I can only see the sphere model. My old comp was a x86 system and the new one is x64. Does anyone know why this happends?I've already tried using the CASC of x86 but doesn't work either.
Can't you just set the flag "Kills to caster" on the behavior. I THINK (don't really know if it's true) that the XP is given on kill and if the flag is on, it's supposed to give the kills to the caster (the larva on this example) and so it gets the XP. I repeat, I think.

And the Reaver is going to be playable, at least I think so. If you have a close eye on the new Allied Commanders video.

That may work but blizz should do a more efficient way, I don't know, maybe a flag in the effect or something like that.

No, what I mean is to have numbers from 7 to 13 with the amount set to 10 and the ramdom to 3. It's just curiosity.

I'm just curious: can it be set so it also gets lower number, I mean, if you set amount to 10 and random to 3 can you get also 7, 8 or 9?

I think that "decal" is part of the model's textures itself.

What the hell is "Malash"? Maybe we can expect some new protoss unit or campaign's one?

1.- Just look at how the map Left 2 Die from Blizzard does. It has a day/night cycle which blends between day and night.

I've already tried playing with some models that used to work on my old comp but still not working. One of those models is e.g. Nova.

Just delete the only trigger the map has (Press F6 for opening the trigger module and delete the only one called "Melee Initialization")

Tell me if it's enough for you. No need of custom textures as the original ones already had alpha channel.
