Currently I got a bug(?) occuring when using a hill/wall. Everytime I place a building near it in-game (in the editor itself it's fine), it gets slightly raised instead of staying at the ground. Even units use it as a ramp.
I did try various pathing tricks, but no luck. They can't walk pass it but they go in the air.
You've got the somewhat infamous map height bug. For some reason, if you play with the base height of your terrain too much, it sometimes desynchronizes the actual height of the map and both the height of specific indicators (like a Pylon's power field) and the height of specific buildings. Normally, when you place a building on terrain that isn't flat, the terrain evens itself out. When you get this bug, the game thinks the height needs to be evened out and creates these weird mountains. The mentioned indicators end up floating a couple of yards below/above their actual position.
The only way I've been able to fix this is bug is by playing with the height settings until the power fields and building placements are back to normal - this will however mean that the lower ground in your map will not be able to 'end in fog' like you presumeably have it in your map right now, though. It's either that, or starting up a new map and copying over all the triggers, data and terrain.

Anyone got an idea how to fix it? Thanks for the help!
Uh-oh.

@Mozared: Go
Do note though, that towers not near the wall/hill are fine. I tried playing aroun with the map height, no luck so far.
Update: I kinda fixed it by giving the buildings' height -2 instead of 0. It's not ideal but it'll do.
