I play within the North American Region; MDT, i play within the hours of 11:00AM to 4:30AM.
In my own project of Night of the Dead: Aftermath; Terrain is done, units are done. I have all the information about the game done and refined, it just needs to be implemented into the map.
I am in need of a trigger/data editor; for abilities and an experience system as well as a "USMC Medal System". There is a large list of abilities, some a bit complex, others more easier.
Some examples include; an ability that can do multiple times the damage on a random attack: adjustable Artillery Shells (via -shell command) that can be used as explosive ordnance. Some ailments that can be delivered and cured: a Sprint and a Jump ability. More ability listings if you're interested.
I would, actually :p hence why i posted it this way. What's so wrong with it?
No information whatsoever, I have no idea, what map/type of map you are creating. It does not look like you are willing to spend any effort on this post, this leads to the conclusion, that you will probably do the same for the map. Also, while it might be a "challenge", it just sounds like you need a work slave.
You need to make people actually want to be a part of your project; you need to make them want to play the map. You cannot do that by posting 1 line saying "I need someone to create xy for me."
Kueken is one of the most helpful people on this site. Both he and Nevjmac are nice enough to point you in the right direction of improving your OP;p(Which saves you a lot of time in the long run, as admittedly your post does need some work. Very few would consider it in its current state).
If you`re willing to rework/format your OP, Send me the new draft when its done. I`ll update your post and remove all the comments in this thread. Hopefully you can then get some people interested in joining you. Alternatively, I can have this locked and you can create a new thread.
I just don't like the feel of having to 'con' someone into it. They're drawn in if they're drawn in. I meant i thought people are nicer(to just jump right in and ask without having to be persuaded in), I never meant to attack anybody with that sentence.
I did not mean to be rude or something. If you find someone, wo wants to work with you, thats fine.
However, let me just pick a random example, some posts below. I don't even want to say, it is particularily good or something, but it has some sort of structure, an introduction, some information of the game and the current team members. In all honesty, it looks way more appealing than yours. It might have another purpose, but thats not the topic.
There might be nice people willing to help you, even with your previous one-line statement, that you need help. But why should they choose your team over some of the other ones? You did not give them a reason to do so.
