Set diffuse map's RGB multiplier to 0, and see if the model turns black. To make sure it's the material that assigned to the mesh.
Then rightclick->clear the normal map and change bitmap->color inside specular map. It should create a white specularigty blink. If it doesn't check if you have material's specular multiplier = 1 or more.
Also, make sure, that you don't have "use mopac path" box checked at export panel.
I don't see what is material's specularity multiplier value. Set it to 10, it to see if there any specular blinks appear on the mesh.
