Hey, I am using Blender, but I'm not sure how much a difference it's gonna make, but I figured it out in Blender. In Material_7's Emissive 2 slot, the color is set to a green-ish color, just change that to the color you want and it should change the color of the Sentry's ball thingy. I am not sure if this will help with you, since your using 3DS Max though.
