There really where times when balance for Macro management was really high.. Currently its a bit better.
Millitia looking cool cause of that boxes :d while in game it looks pretty decent (for me at least). About archer, so people have such heads I would trough the excuse for this imba head for now.
Remade Castle model originally made by Zolden that he tried to recreate seen in Rise of Nations game. Model 2 years old.
well the second picture is the view in Mudbox.. As for that time I was trying to learn at the same time so it looks quite bad still as havent touch that since.
In other news was making Models improvements and making new ones for Age of Knights. (in the picture not all of them displayed)
The deep vertical creases on their face are needed to give them character
Well since Im still quite bad making details.. I will may look into that in the future. As for now the model with Zoldens help is more blackish and have better details overall. But in game it looks a bit dull and details not noticable..
Meat Wagon and Footman in Action (meat wagon vs meat wagon). No death animation for Meat Wagon and texture arent final for it but for now some what works.
Created some basic planks as Construction progress model. Can be replaced and used using Terran Construction Actors. Ground texture is a Decal and uses Agria Ground texture.
Will update abit textures and model itself. And will be published in assets as someone really would like at least such box to be in his advantage as constrution progress model.
Biggest problem with it is that at the end of construction the decal disappears, and doesnt want to fade out over time. While testing the animation in Cutscene editor it does..
Created new model using texture parts from WoW for Age of Knights. Replacing Unit block of crap, Town Hall-Castle. Took 5-6 hours.. Inspired by Medieval 2 Total War town hall images.
Edit: Created a Blacksmith model in a rush using same textures like Town Hall, so it looks kinda shitty but will do for sometime for sure.

Warcraft 3 zombie remake. This time around tried out High poly mesh skulpting to create the textures and add more depth to them.

Well as we can see on Spearman it really shows up those speculars and Normals. On Xbowman i nerfed all of that so it looks dull and seemless.

well it uses all the speculars and normal stuff, maybe its just not really vissible, plus custom lighting makes such details disappear.
