How exactly do you think hacking works? Your credentials got compromised somehow, but it's highly unlikely that it was on Blizzard's end—they'd have announced a large-scale data breach and nobody is pulling small-time heists of battle.net accounts. Much more likely is that you used a duplicate password or something easily guessable that let your "hacker" take over your account.
If I were you, I'd be resetting my passwords everywhere, enabling two-factor authentication wherever I can. If you're not already using a password manager, get one. I recommend LastPass—it's the cheapest option that still has multi-device support.
