Ishaba Beta is a mining and research outpost. It is under attack by the Zergs. A squad of marines have been dispatched.
You get to control a single marine in each stage. Your objective is simple. Reach the terran beacon to proceed to the next stage. Most beacons are blocked by objects while some are open to gap for. At most stages there will be medic beacons that will heal you, use them while you have the chance. Stimpacks are available to use but be careful, you are an ordinary marine not the terminator. There are some levels that will be tricky and will require 4+ players. The game is all about control and teamwork.
Currently I've worked out most triggers and data to make this map workable. Currently there's 10 stages to it and missing dialogs and bad text fonts. I've already uploaded the map on SEA because I'm in NZ. If you guys want I can also make an account for USA; AUS and NZ are allowed...
All is well the map is in beta stages now. Which means it's fully playable. If you're able to play then please pm me the bugs or post it here. Feed back would be nice, I'm hungry.
Its ok. My friedn thought it was corps too and took him quite a while to find my map... :P
In recent developments I've been testing the map with my friend for quite awhile. It seems the map is very repetitive. Shoot some and run back to heal and since the player is a single marine it's very hard to fight off 4 zerglings... So I've decided to work out a way to add upgrades and one-time only upgrades such as increased range and increased hp, etc etc etc. Also the marine will have the ability to scan sweep beacuse I've made the map convoluted and crowded. I'll remove some of the enemies so it isn't too hard to play even with 3 players. Technically the map isn't really enjoyable right now so untill I update it don't expect much.
Lots of updates including 2 sets of 5 level upgrades. The weapon increases damage by 2 and the level 5 upgrade increase range by .66. The armour upgrade increases health by 5 and armour 1. I've also added actors to healing buffs so people will know they're being healed. I've also added the element to respawn but will need player to convert minerals into vespen gas via commands listed in the loading screen.
Sorry to be a downer bruh, but i think you're wasting time developing this map. Doesn't sound too interesting and i doubt it'll make it past the popularity system. :/
True, thats how i learned, however you must be willing to waste your time :] Either way have fun! They really need to rid of the pop system. It will kill off the community sooner or later.

I haven't played yet, but I assume you meant Marine Corps. I'll check the map out when I have the chance.

idc. I just play my map with my friends :D
