This is an entire movie style experience but you play the action packed bits.
I don't know how blizzard make the character's mouths move so I ditched that bit but the story still works awesome in my books. What other ways do you think I could have done the cinematic to get it more movie like? Or is there actually a way to have their mouths move?
There has been a lot of talks about how blizz did lip animation. They simply used a professional software to animate it on the model, then extract such data. When we got the game, its simply take the model, take the animation data and animate it back. SC2 does not handle generating the lip animation. So basically these are your options:
- Use existing lip animation from blizzard, cut/paste, trim edit all you want to fit your line. Then put it back in the map
- Obtain license from that same software that blizzard used. I cant recall the name but there should be several software that can do the same thing. Then import blizzard's model and generate the lip animation yourself. Than put it back into the map

That's insane. Screw that.
SC1 had "Portrait talk" So why can we have "Model Talk"? They have "Model Dance" right?
