NOTD 2 (or Night of the Dead 2) is a cooperative survival RPG that pits a team of up to 8 players against hordes of enemies and randomized objectives. Players will be able to choose from a wide variety of classes and heavily customize both their gameplay style and their cosmetic appearance.
The ultimate goals of NOTD 2 are to be a love letter to games of a similar nature that came before it (SWAT, NOTD: Aftermath, and so on) and to provide an abundance of replay value through solid gameplay and character customization options. Basically, we want it to be fun and good.
Requirements
Familiarity with the Data editor
Familiarity with the Trigger editor
Usage of Git for version control
Usage of Skype for coordination and communication with other team members
Complete implementation of designs will earn a commission fee based on the complexity and/or importance of the design. The total amount of money that can be earned from commissions is $1,000 USD (the same amount that was earned by individual members of the development team on conclusion of the NOTD 2 Kickstarter).
Should an applicant be accepted, they will be considered a full member of the development team and therefore earn a portion of whatever NOTD 2 makes in the future, should it reach a point where it begins turning a profit.
Editor training/tutoring will be provided as needed/requested.
