So I am not sure if this is the right section, but I do need some help as I found a Vector Class Destroyer on Hiveworkshop that I would Like to get Converted for use in Starcraft 2 Can anyone help with this
I converted the blp file to dds in blp lab
then I opened the mdx file in 3ds max and used the material tool to attach the dds file
Final I used the sc2 art tools to export it
Alright, check this thread. Should help. Cuase it looks like you either didn't create and apply a "sc2 standard" type of material or didn't increase model size, or both.
sure. I put the mdx, m3, dds, and blp along with the max file in the folder in case you need to go through the conversion to see what i might have done wrong
Don't know what was wrog. I welded some vertexes that supposed to be welded. Set animation speed to 30 frames per second, created 1 sec Stand animation. Also created normal and specualr maps. Try, maybe now it won't disappear.

ok did all that they show up both in map editor and in game but they seem to show up and then vanish and then show up again any idea why this is
when and how it vanish?
any screens maybe?
take a look here are 2 screen shots it almost looks like they were deleted but hit happens randomly to each one on the map
Maybe some of model animations do something, that hide the model? Could you attach max file, I'd have a look.

By the way FIngalfin just released his new ship can you help me out with its conversion
Art Tools docs include a nice tutorial, try it.
If you want help, turn those to .max and .dds again.
