And a little side note respect is one thing that is really taken for granted. i respect everyone till they disrespect me or something important to me. Every person on here has the right to bash you for posting that it creates a stereotype that none of us want to fall under. I ENJOY the fact that within 2 days i have found this site help me make a map faster and better and if you keep it up most people wont even help they will just go "YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT BY NOW!!!! GEZ" But most of the people on here have respect for someone trying to make a map and help them find what they need

Quite honestly no matter where you go on the internet there is always someone out there ready to be displeased with everything. On the other hand of me picking on the new bnet i still love it its better i can host private and then move public i could go on and on about what i like truth is EVERYTHING IS FLAWED deal with it im sick of bratty teenagers bitching at the fact that their perfect ideas arnt used. (Although being almost 18 i hate 90% of my highschool class for the same reason most of us hate mephs) Then act your age not your shoe size
I have gotten a lot of hate in most games I've played and a lot of things I've done, but hate also brings with it "e-fame". So be a little controversial sometimes and people will love it.

Fine by me, You will just become what the KKK is to the U.S.A., Although the KKK is only a small percentage of the U.S.A we all are stereotyped as being a bunch of racist murderers. The middle east, no thanks to the Al qaeda, are now all stereotyped as being Terrorists.
The Germans are a bunch of Nazis, The French are cowards, the Japanese are suicidal maniacs, the Russians are a bunch of commies.......

Although ALL are false they are still seen as that Stereotype.
The internet cant even be seen as being serious when Half the users of it are people just looking to make a name of themselves by being a "troll" or a whiny brat

Ok this thread has turned from a simi-ok discussion on popularity to a straight on attack on mephs personality, which is not ok. We have about 2-3 other popularity threads on the first page alone, you can move the discussion about popularity of smashcraft and other maps there, and leave the hate for other mappers to yourself or pms.
