Okay mapster people here is my situation
I run and operate a "Lan Center" (For those of you who do not know what a LAN center is, it is basicly a computer lab with a bunch of networked computers and all the computers have all kinds of differant games, WoW, WC3, Codmod, BF2, L4D, and people come in and pay to play games together on the networked computers) Anyway my LAN center is going to have a Starcraft 2 Lockin the day after Starcraft 2 comes out.
I am aware of Blizzards plans to force us to connect to battle.net every time we play DX (Come on Blizzard be cool) so i want to know, IF I use my CD key and CDs that i get from my copy of starcraft II and then install them on the computers at my LAN center, Will other people be able to come in to the lan center, and use their own Battle.net Account information to sign in to their own SC2 accounts and play with the other people in the center, (This is what we do for WoW at the center) or am i going to have to pay 60$ a game to have each person come in and play on my accounts?
No. You dl a game, then if they have their own acc, they can play at your LAN place. Took my friends acc and gave my acc to another friend, and played with him :D
Either or. You can spend the $60 once and have players play on their own accounts (exactly like WoW), or supply your own accounts. The difference is, with SC2, you get an account, as opposed to WoW the purchase is separate.
