My team and I, Use the private messaging to Talk about what needs to be done with our map, I just noticed something, that it says the Max Upload is 10 MiB, our map is currently 9.45 MBs, so you can see why I am worried, as we wont be able to upload the newest Copy of our map soon.
My request is simple, Would you be willing to up the limit to 20 MBs, to match the Maximum Size for a SC2 Map?
Unfortunately, curse is in charge so none of the site staff can do anything, and this forum system was not made for sc2 and is shared with some other curse sites, including SkyrimForge (Any changes done to mapster's forum software will change the other sites as well if I understand this right). There are many things that could/should be changed, but I dont see much happening... I'm not even sure whether the PM bug has been fixed (Havent gotten PMs in a while)
I highly recommend you get dropbox if you are working with a team. Very easy way to keep your files up to date. Also, you can't save the map in the dropbox folder, so you'll have to save it locally and then move it to dropbox.
Yea, I'd also recommend chucking all assets into a mod. It'll make uploading faster (as you only have to upload the mod once, or when you update the imported stuff) and make downloading take less time on bnet :)
What Maity said. Dropbox is, for as far as I've found, the most effective way currently around to work on a map with different people. I can only think of two more effective things and neither exist.
