When using a dialog item - portrait to show actors (as many decent games do), and scaling the actor (as many decent games do) if you change your game resolution (say you are playing in windowed mode; and change to full screen windowed mode) then the actor displayed in the portrait will change size and will be unable to revert back to any scaled size by changing the resolution back.
Neat little bug that most likely wont affect anyone. Still a problem though!
* EDIT
This reminded me of another problem (not so much a bug, as the way the UI works) I had in the past; when I was moving UI elements around. If you do not attach them all to the screen itself, based off the top left, then when you change the resolution the same thing will happen. Your UI will move around the screen, and even changing the resolution back will cause the UI to be in a strange location.
The title almost sums it up.
