Im currently looking for someone to help me with some triggers.
Im wanting it to be based of a timer, so ill tell you how the game plays.
When the map starts there will be a 30 seconds countdown for players to build their base.
Then when the 30 seconds reaches 0 untis will spawn to destroy the players bases.
When all the adds are dead in that wave the timer starts again, and so on and so on...
The only catch is, every wave doubles the size of the first one.
So wave 1 is 40, then next wave is 80 etc etc.
Is anyone able to help me out with this?
First, you create the timer. When the timer expires you can run the trigger to spawn the unit. Best, save the number of units in a global variable and increase this every round. Add all spawned units into a unit group and when a unit dies you can check the number of units in uni group.
Based of the timer is good, its exactly how i want it.
But my map will use 8 spawning regions, where in the first wave there will be spawning 40 units.
Each region will spawn 5 units, not at the same time, but 1 after the other, with about 1-3 seconds between each unit. So 1 unit will spawn at every region, then the next unit will spawn at every region about 1-3 seconds later.
Once the full 40 have been killed, the timer starts again.
I had some triggers done, but im lost with the ones i have?
Are you able to incorporate what i need with the 8 regions in the map you gave me?
Then i can see what/where i've gone wrong with mine.

Perfect, i notice in the Variables, you have put in Last Wave = 4
Is this the last wave? And how do i go about adding more, say 25 waves?

Set Last Wave = 24 Increase the Array sice of the Unit Type array to 25 and fill that array with units you want to spawn each round
