A possible work-around is to use custom images to represent the slide bar and the slide button. The button could be a dialog button that, when pressed, enables a switch. While the switch is enabled, the slider will match the player's mouse Y position (within min and max limits.) When the mouse button is released, the switch is turned OFF. The value can be set by comparing the distance between the position of the button and the min limit. This is supposing, of course, that mouse tracking will work over dialog items... I'm not really sure if it will.
Is it possible? Or are there any workarounds? Thank you.
EDIT: What I want to do is rotate a slider dialog item to 90° to make it vertical.

I have mouse tracking working on my current project with dialog items. I guess this is a possible solution. Thank you for the suggestion.
