I'm trying to make the camera look at a target in the air, but it seems that that camera doesn't care about any Z offset? I was just wondering if there is a way to make the camera recognize it or if there's any work arounds.
I know that in-game cameras cannot accept a negative Z value. If focusing on your flying unit would cause the camera to have a negative Z value, the camera would stop at 0.

You can create your own Cameras in the Terrain Editor. I'd suggest looking into that.
