I have a new TD tutorial coming out soon with working antiblock. Very similar to what has been suggested here but maybe if you watch it you'll see any mistakes. It'll also come in text version too.
As for the footprint, make sure its 2x2 (Doodad) if you want a perfectly square 2x2 collision. Also, watch out for any cliffs that are angled... and make sure there's no 2ndary paths that the pathing-cost could be using.
First of all, ty OneTwoSc for your tutorials. I actually started out with watching advanced tower defense tutorials by you and that's what i'm building off of. So thanks for those. But also, what about the angled cliffs? Would that effect the anti block system? Also, what will the name of the tutorial be?
As for Zeldarules28, I'm sorry, but I know how dumb i sound. But can you tell me where to go to attach my map. I know it's attachments, but where from there?
I will be checking all of the things that have been recommended to check. I know I'll have to find the solution sometime. I'll let you guys know if I have found the solution.
Thanks!
P.S. For your great help, you guys will be in the special thanks box of my map. It's the least i can do to thank you for all the trouble i've given you :D
Ugh that was a tricky one...
It seems it doesn't work because your two points for the pathing cost comparison are outside the maps bounds. Extend them or put the points inside and it will work :)
Also, I saw some footprints were still on contour. I would reccomend to just set all Pathing Footprint and Pathing Footprint - Placement to Footprint 2x2.
And on a side note, you don't need to copy everything when you duplicate units.
Now you have a huge amount of abilities, movers, footprints, etc. (all that copycopyblablastuff) that are just not needed because they do the same as their origin abilities/movers/footprints/etc. and unnecessarily take away some space :P
Like I said, attach your map. The anti-block system we recommended has worked for preety much everybody so far ( I think).
Doesn't work on maps in which there are two ways to the endpoint, but the units are only supposed to follow the most direct path. Think of a rectangle. If a player blocks one part of it, there is an alternate route (the long way around the rectangle).

I'm putting up the map in a bit, let me just figure out where it is :)
I know that my map is a little bit unorganized, but It's pretty close to my beta. Anyways, take a look.
