How do i make the Win trigger when a player leaves the game?
If player leaves OR commands 0 buildings: victory for opponent.
And how do i make it for a 2v2 and FFA?

Enable melee Victory/Defeat conditions. (or something alike) It's one of the default trigger actions that is listed in the melee initialization trigger at new maps.
Event: Player Leaves Game Condition: Triggering Player = Player 2 Action: End game in victory for player(1)
Event: Player Leaves Game Condition: Triggering Player = Player 1 Action: End game in victory for player(2)
